Rental House

We built this house to move my mother up from Florida. It meets Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. So all the doors are 36", it has grab bars in the ADA Master Shower and around both toilets.  There are only a couple of upper cabinets, and lower cabinets have pull out shelves.  Heat is radiant in the slab with oil fired furnace.  Construction is 2 X 6 and in the ceiling there is 12 inches of fiberglass insulation and 12 inches of blown in insulation on top. All rooms have ceiling fans and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The house is on a well and septic system with a raised leach field and pump. Most doors are pocket doors which take up less room.

Outside

This is the first house past the Nursery and is on the front 10 acres of the property.  Being that we have always treated this as rental we keep the field behind the house as our own. The tennant gets a nice sized yard, but not the entire field.
